Open video weights reached local machines

MiniMax published H3-Base weights for 768p output, ComfyUI documents a 42.5 GB optimized footprint with dynamic offloading, and Ethan Mollick reports a local clip with sound generated in about three minutes; the 2K regeneration and Context-IR modules remain hosted.
